Account Executive Position Profile: Works with professional services project team, sales peers, and customer qualifying opportunities for high-end Professional Services products and solutions. This position requires sales presentations, demonstrations, and end user training.

Position Responsibilities: The Account Executive is advanced in a solutions-based sales strategy and is a qualified Sales professional who will utilize a broad knowledge base for Workflow International-supported products and services. The Account Executive will be responsible for working with Professional Services team designing highly customized solutions that directly impact the Client's bottom line providing unique ways to save costs by a wide variety of means.

Position Requirements: Two or four-year college degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field; 3-5 years of related work experience. 3+ years of strong sales background. This position is based out of one of our regional offices. However, customer sites may require travel.

Solutions Specialist Position Profile: Works with professional services project team, sales team, and customer in the implementation of Professional Services products and solutions. This position requires delivery of Professional Services solutions, remote technical support, sales demonstration implementations, and end-user training.

Position Responsibilities: The Solutions Specialist is advanced in technical support and is a qualified technical professional who will utilize a broad knowledge base for Workflow International-supported products and services. The Solutions Specialist will be responsible for delivering highly customized solutions and resolves application, software and connectivity problems requiring on-site support.

Position Requirements: Two or four-year college degree (computer science, information systems, engineering) preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field; 3-5 years of related work experience. MCSE, MCP, CDIA+, CCNA, CCSP certifications preferred; 1-3 years systems analysis - problem isolation, diagnosis and resolution. This position is based out of Austin, Texas. However, customer sites may require light travel.
